Stoneville Recycled Glass Furniture
Stoneville Eco Glass provides an alternative to conventional stone surfaces for contemporary hospitality furniture. The material can be fabricated into distinctive table tops, counters, bar surfaces, reception elements and other made-to-measure pieces.
Its recycled-glass composition makes it particularly suitable for projects where designers are looking for a visually distinctive surface alongside strong sustainability credentials. Stoneville Recycled Eco Glass contains zero crystalline silica and no resin or glue.
Marble Furniture
Natural marble provides considerable scope for bespoke furniture because every slab has its own colour, veining and character. Stoneville can assist with material selection and fabricate marble components to the required dimensions and details.
Depending on the design, pieces can incorporate mitred construction, substantial built-up edges, shaped profiles, curved elements, polished or honed finishes and carefully selected vein orientation. Where appropriate, slabs can also be selected and arranged for book-matching and vein continuity.

Tables & Table Tops
Stoneville can fabricate bespoke table tops for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés and other commercial interiors in a wide range of dimensions and shapes.
These can include rectangular, square, circular, oval, racetrack and individually shaped tops, with edge profiles and finishes selected to suit the design. Tops can be fabricated for use with stone, metal, timber or other suitable bases depending on the furniture specification.

We regularly work from architects’ drawings, interior-design specifications, templates and site dimensions. This allows the stone or EcoGlass elements to be integrated accurately with bespoke joinery, metalwork and other components supplied as part of the wider furniture package.

Stoneville can provide the specialist stone or surface component as part of a wider furniture design, allowing marble and other surfaces to be integrated with bespoke joinery, timber, metalwork and other materials. This can include individual tables, cabinets, consoles, counters, reception furniture, display pieces and other one-off designs.
We can work from drawings, CAD information, templates or agreed dimensions and liaise directly with the furniture manufacturer, designer or joinery company to coordinate dimensions, junctions, cut-outs, edge details, mitres, cladding, support requirements and installation. This collaborative approach allows specialist stone and surface materials to become an integral part of unique made-to-measure furniture and interior pieces.
Material Selection
Material selection is particularly important for bespoke furniture, where the surface is often viewed at close range and forms a prominent part of the interior.
For natural stone projects, Stoneville can assist with selecting suitable marble and other stone slabs according to colour, veining, movement and the intended application. Where the design requires several related components, consideration can also be given to slab layout and vein direction before cutting.
Projects can also be specified using Stoneville Recycled Eco Glass, including recycled glass slabs and sheets, where this better suits the aesthetic, environmental or technical requirements of the scheme.
Bespoke Fabrication
Furniture components are fabricated to project requirements rather than standard furniture dimensions. Depending on the material and design, our fabrication work can include precision cutting, shaping, mitring, profiling, drilling, cut-outs, edge finishing, polishing, honing, cladding and assembly of fabricated stone components.
This allows Stoneville to produce relatively simple table tops as well as more complex pieces incorporating fabricated legs, boxed sections, substantial edges, waterfall details and stone-clad structures.
Commercial & Multi-Unit Projects
Stoneville can undertake both one-off statement pieces and projects requiring multiple items, such as a series of restaurant tables, hotel furniture, bar surfaces or other repeated components.
